1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PubCrawl app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including those who create accounts, access premium features, or use the App as a guest.

2. Eligibility

You must be of the legal drinking age in your country to use this App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who misrepresent their age.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

You may register using an email address and password, or via Google or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

3.3 Guest Access

You may browse routes and venues without registering. Guest users cannot start crawls or access social features.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (routes, reviews, photos). By submitting content to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and distribute that content within the App and our services.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive
  • Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Contains nudity, graphic violence, or other inappropriate material
  • Misrepresents venues, routes, or other information
  • Promotes excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption

4.3 Reporting

You can report content that violates these Terms using the flag button on photos, reviews, or routes. We review reports and may remove content or take action against the account responsible.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the App you agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems
  • Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, stalk, or harm other users

6. Premium Subscriptions

6.1 Premium Features

Certain features require a paid Premium subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective billing and refund policies.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Access to premium features continues until the end of the current billing period.

6.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by PubCrawl App and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that venue information (opening hours, locations, ratings) will always be accurate or up to date.

Pub crawl route suggestions are algorithmically generated and may not reflect real-world conditions. Always check individual venue information independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PubCrawl App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

We are not responsible for any harm arising from the consumption of alcohol facilitated by use of the App. Please drink responsibly and in accordance with local laws.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
